Q  DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES?
You may be charged customs duty and taxes for products you bought on Watch it! store because:

- Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item. It is also not included in the overall shipping costs you pay to us.
-  When you are buying from overseas seller, you will be asked to pay customs duty and taxes.

The customs duty and taxes may depend on the type of items you bought, their value and the weight of the package. Different countries may have different tax policies regarding specific products.

Please note : Watch it! will not cover the Customs Duty and Taxes incurred by your country


To avoid any unforeseen surprises, please pay attention to the following:
-  Ask the seller if you need to pay any additional import duties, taxes or other customs-related charges.
-  Contact your local post or customs office to find out more about your country's customs duties and taxes.
-  Import duties, taxes or other customs-related charges are normally collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
-  Sellers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
-  Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade.

Q  HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Watch it! Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Q  HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be email to you once payment is verified.

Q  HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

Q  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
Members who ship their orders within Singapore (via Standard Shipping) should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Q  HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?
All your orders are sent via Singapore Post Limited (SingPost), unless otherwise stated.

Q  HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?
PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you can select PayPal payment and you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Watch it! system for your order.

Q  CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by PayPal.
